We use this information only to analyze general traffic patterns (e.g. what pages are most/least popular) and to perform routine system maintenance.
  2. If you choose to email us and provide personally identifiable information about yourself, we will use this information only to respond to your inquiry. We will not sell, rent or otherwise disclose your information.
  3. Because of identity theft and malicious behavior, we do not publish the contact and identity information of the qualified practitioners that we recommend to users. Instead, we provide a practitioner request form.
Information Collection

Health Elite LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on the Nutritional Balancing.org website. We collect information from our users with several forms on our website ONLY if users fill in and submit the form. We store any profile information that we collect in an off-line database.

Log Files

Common to most website servers, we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.
